Fungi break down old plant matter into plant nutrients. They are an essential part of your garden. This fungi was found at Slater St Barnardos. Undreneath the gills are a beautiful creamy colour.

The genus name Achillea is derived from mythical Greek character, Achille who reportedly carried it with his army to treat battle wounds
