A Place of Learning’s students find their English Language lessons filled with fun and laughter. All lessons are individually designed for your personal needs.

A Place of Learning is in Onerahi, Whangarei. The lessons are in a garden setting.

I have decades of teaching experience. I have taught students from preschools to high schools. I have taught English as a second language for over ten years. I tutored adults vegetable gardening and cooking in The Grow Your Own Free Lunch programme for more than a decade.. All my teaching is nourished by Montessori practice and princliples. Mary taught in a Montessori primnary school for four years.

All English lessons are held on a one-to-one basis.

Tailored Training for my Continuous Improvements. I came to New Zealand when I was a teenager and have been living here for almost half my life.
